Summer 2011 Public Input Meetings

The Florida House of Representatives and the Florida Senate hosted 26 public input meetings on redistricting throughout Florida.  Public meetings served as an opportunity for citizen input, giving Floridians a means to start the redistricting conversation.  

The links for each meeting listed below provide summaries for specific map-drawing suggestions from the summer 2011 public input meetings.  Therefore, the summaries focus on specific instructions provided by Florida residents participating in these meetings.  You can access comprehensive records for these meetings (videos, podcasts, etc.) via the links to the right or at www.floridaredistricting.org.
